The new model HWS is suitable for hot shearing of steel bar stock and is a decisive supplement to our range of shearing machines.
This new machine is characterized by robust design and user-oriented construction.
The machine’s design ensures accurate, reproducible processing of the bar stock at forging temperatures. The amount of distortion and the consequent geometrical stability of the billets is an important factor for the ensuing forming process.
The machine’s development embraces decades of know-how in the manufacture of shearing machines. The range of equipment such material in-feed, automatic length stop adjustment, weighing unit, belt discharge conveyors as well as a heating unit complement one another to form a complete production unit.
