EXNER tool testing presses enable tool and form makers to carry out cost-efficient testing of their tools. While the “P” series is a favourably priced basic machine, the “PG” series can be used for complex testing and examining of progressive dies. A hydraulic synchronising system ensures parallel feed on off-centre loads of 0,03 mm measured absolutely over ram and table width.
The machines can be expanded to include die cushions, hinged die cushions as well as different cutting impact damping systems. The PG series is suitable for operation within zero or small batches when upgraded by corresponding safety equipment and increased operating speeds.
