WEIGHING AND CONTROLLING SYSTEM – WKV

Weigh quickly, safely and fully automatically!

For this purposes we offer you the Schubert-WKV, a newly developed check flow scale for weighing and classifying forging parts.

The design guarantees the reliable use of the scale also in rough, non-verifiable processes in the metal forging industry, as can be found in forges, cutters and foundries.

The scale is designed with a solid, levelable substructure which stands on vibration-damping adjustable feet. The weighing belt is located on a single substructure, which is preceded
by another substructure with two calming which can optionally serve as braking and acceleration bands.

The scale parameters are to be set on the control panel of the scale or, when the scale is integrated in an existing Schubert-shearing system, in parallel via the main control panel. The newly developed “Schubert-WKV” is designed for tough, continuous use, but at the same time is equipped with the latest technology 4.0 and can be combined.

The intelligent control of the WKV also enables the customer to easily integrate the scale into existing Schubert shear and sawing lines – e. g. using Profinet.
It is also possible to integrate the scale into any other production line as a stand-alone using digital/analogue interfaces.

Signals that can be integrated via the interface:

• Emergency stop interlinking
• Message of the belt speed for synchronization with upstream and downstream belts via an analogue signal of 4-20 mA
• The external start of the scale and the running message to the higher-level control
• rend control via positioning impulses plus/minus and classification signals for the weighin zones “plus-plus”; “plus”, “good 1”; “good 2”, “minus”, “minus-minus” and “waste”
